Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Unable to configure new replications after rebuilding the vSphere Replication appliance at one of the sites.

Environment

vSphere Live Recovery (all versions)

Cause

If one site is redeployed but the other is not, the vSphere Replication VRMSDB at the target may still retain details of the previous site pairing, which can cause issues.

Resolution

The vSphere Replication appliances at both the source and target sites need to be redeployed
