'Save As' button become unresponsive when user locale is set to 'Czech Republic'

Issue/Introduction

In Modern UX Timesheet - 'Select Tasks' page the 'Save As' button become unresponsive when user's locale is set to 'Czech Republic' 
This issue only occurs in Clarity 16.2.3 Patch 1 (16.2.3.1)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Login into Clarity Modern UX and set locale to 'Czech Republic' 
2. Click to open Timesheet page - 'My Timesheet'
3. Click on 'Add Tasks' button then on 'Select Tasks' to display 'Select Tasks' page
4. In the 'View' drop down section click on 'Save As'

 

Expected: 'SAVE VIEW' dialog modal page opens up
Actual: The 'Save As' button is unresponsive so no modal page is open

Apply the latest Clarity 16.2.3 patch to overcome the behaviour
