NO_FEASIBLE_PLACEMENT_SOLUTION when deploying vApp in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to deploy a vApp an error is returned similar to the following:
 [ 7c8e3f18-############## ] The operation failed because no suitable resource was found. Out of 1 candidate hubs: 
     1 hubs eliminated because: No valid storage containers found for VirtualMachine "c9483110-#############". All 1 available storage containers were filtered out as being invalid.  Rejected hubs: resgroup-#######
 Storage containers were rejected for the following reasons: 
     1 storage containers rejected because: They do not support the required storage policy: <your storage policy>.  Rejected storage containers: <datastore cluster>
  - PlacementException NO_FEASIBLE_PLACEMENT_SOLUTION

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

New datastores for the cluster were not tagged appropriately for the storage policy.

Resolution

Tag the datastores for the associated VM storage policy if they are supposed to be within the associated storage policy. Then Cloud Director will be able to deploy VMs to it.
