Issue/Introduction

The platform has suddenly stopped collecting Azure Enterprise Agreement (EA) costs with no changes made to the billing configuration.

Resolution

One reason the platform may stop collecting Azure Enterprise Agreement (EA) costs is that the current Enterprise Agreement has ended.

To verify, check the Asset Report. If the Billing Account associated with the EA ID shows a status of Extended, it is likely that the Enterprise Agreement has ended and the customer is transiting to an MCA agreement.
