Issue/Introduction

Host EMM errors in precheck dry run before upgrade. ESXi host cannot be put into maintenance by SDDC Manager.

Cause

DRS automation level for cluster is set to something other than the default of fully automated.

Resolution

Set DRS automation level back to fully automated for SDDC Managed clusters.
