Forecast report failing from WCC

Issue/Introduction

Trying to run a forecast report from WCC, it runs and just lists the results as "Error".

Resolution

For Forecast and other options such as the Enterprise Command Line to work in WCC you must have a complete valid AutoSys server definition.

This includes valid values for 

Web Service URL
Monitor ID
Monitor Password
Time Zone

The Monitor ID must be a member of the WorkloadAutomationAEWebService application group within EEM.

Additionally a validated credential user must be setup.
