Oracle OneConnect connection string not working for IAM in 10.8.1

Issue/Introduction

IAM does not accept the Oraas OneConnect connection string when used in iam.properties

iam.db.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=DBhostname)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVER=DEDICATED)(SERVICE_NAME=IAMDB)))

The error was consistent :  "HOST was unexpected at this time" or "PROTOCOL was unexpected at this time" or "PORT was unexpected at this time"

OneConnect string works for the dradis.properties and site.properties. 

Environment

Devtest 10.8.1

Cause

This is a defect, and the solution is specific to Oracle and Windows only. 

Resolution

Please request the 10.8.1 devtestacl-launcher patch and refer to DE627442 when opening a ticket.
