• Clarity idle timeout setting is set to 60 minutes
• After this time, the application reroutes to an incorrect timeout page
• Say, if the user was on a Modern UX page, and after the timeout tries to reload it, redirection happens to a Classic UI page
• SSO authentication is in use, with Azure
