Issue/Introduction

This article is intended for NFR - Not For Resale CA/Symantec users/products.

• Customers are ineligible to request, receive, or view NFRs.
• NFRs are subject to all terms, conditions, and limitations of the Broadcom End User Agreement, transaction documents, and Specific Product Documentation.
• Use of NFRs in any production environment is strictly prohibited. NFRs may not be used to manipulate, test, transmit, or host protected / private customer or partner data.

Resolution

To place an NFR (Not For Resale) License, contact the Sales Team or your Designated Account Director.

Additional Points:

• After placing a request and once it is booked, the individual who placed an order must review the notification emails under the Spam folder to ensure that they do not miss any e-mail.
• All the notifications or communications will be sent from [email protected], ensure you whitelist [email protected]
• If there is any missed or misrouted communication, it is the responsibility of the contact who placed the order
