Issue/Introduction

This article is for users who are unable to perform a License Swap because the Spare Unit/Cold Standby is missing under the SWAP Tab.

Resolution

If you are trying to perform a SWAP and are missing the Spare Unit under the Swap tab, this might be due to the below cause.

  • The Cold Standby or Spare Unit is under a different Site Id.
  • The Swap isn't compatible.
