Post evaluation operation is failed with the error 'Internal Error could not process the request'

Issue/Introduction

In Risk Authentication sample application, post evaluation operation is failed with the error 'Internal Error could not process the request'.

Cause

The execution of the SQL query "INSERT INTO ARRFSYSAUDITLOG (...)" failed with the error "HY000 [CA AA][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver][Microsoft SQL Server] Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.ARRFSYSAUDITLOG'.'PK_ARRFSYSAUDITLOG' in database 'arcotdb' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup" during the Risk Evaluation operation:

As a result, updating the same record is failed with the error "SQL_NO_DATA_FOUND", as the record is not updated in the post-evaluation due to the previous failure.
