Drill down capability of SLI/SLO from the services overview & view the problematic SLI insight without losing the page/context at high level

Issue/Introduction

I would like a drill down capability of the SLI and SLO from the services overview but not from the service page, the feature is already available on the Service Details page. To enable it, we need to open the three-dot menu in the top right corner, select Custom View, and choose the SLIs But there is not a "Save" button. 

We would like to view more details by drill down on the same page but not adding them every time via custom view, these should be saved at the Universe level.
