Reports are not loading in FE

Issue/Introduction

Report tree is loaded, however report structure and data is not loaded.

Environment

Watch4net|M&R - 7.x

Cause

1). As per tcpdump, it is seen that there is no response for the report request. However, in M&R access log http 200 reponse is sent.

2). Also, it is seen that the cli commands run in the impacted host is not exiting gracefully.

Resolution

Reboot the impacted M&R FE host.
