Resource Groups not working in DevTest 10.8.1

Issue/Introduction

We tried to create a Resource Group in Devtest portal and assigned appropriate role just so to restrict users from deploying their service into other VSE's used by different team.

But seems like it is not working. Irrespective of resource group, users are able to see all the VSE's and we are able to deploy to other VSE components.

Environment

Devtest 10.8 and 10.8.1

Resolution

Engineering team identified this defect and released patch "phoenix-10.8.1-DE635027.war" for this issue. Create a support ticket to get the patch from team and follow below instructions to apply this patch.

1.Stop Portal and other services

2.Download  patch phoenix-10.8.1-DE635027.war from support ticket

3.Place phoenix-10.8.1-DE635027.war into <Devtest-home>/webserver/patches folder. (Remove existing phoenix patches if any)

4.Restart Portal and other services.

5.Verify the use case
