Issue/Introduction

Write latency in the Area Operations graphs shows latency of over 250 ms.

Environment

ESXi 7.0 Update 3

NSX-T 3.1.3.7.4

Cause

The log-lines observed indicate an underlaying issue where Control connection (BFD) was dropped by the physical switch. More inspection at physical switch may be needed.

The Edge logs show the last ARP reply was at 15:51:48.  After that, there are no more ARP replies seen in the logs.
