NSX segments were not visible on vcenter when enabling vSAN FS

Issue/Introduction

Two vDSs are configured on the cluster. The first VDS is used for management and vmotion. The second VDS is NSX enabled and the NSX segments created on NSX managers are visible in vCenter and all hosts appear to be connected to both the vDS.

The issue is that these NSX segments were not displayed in vCenter when browsed to connect/assign to VMs of vSAN FS. All that was visible was only the first non NSX enabled VDS

Environment

Vcenter : 7.0u3p

ESXi : 7.0u3s

NSX : 3.2.3.52 

Resolution

Create another new segment in NSX which might cause vCenter to update and check if all the correct segments are available on the vCenter.

Also check if the DNS is updated properly on NSX managers , Ref KB New NSX segments do not show up in the vCenter network inventory
