Telegraph Agent HTTP Check failed to create resource in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

When adding a second entry of an HTTP Check, the following error occurs.
"Failed to create resource. Resource with same key already exists for <object name> VM/Endpoint."

The fix is available on Aria Operations 8.18.3 - "UI: Adding new Http check with a different URL and the same method is failing".
