A new version of VMware Tools has been announced.

The new version cannot be found in the environment.

Resolution

Upload the latest version of VMware Tools Offline VIB Bundle to Lifecycle Manager on vSphere.

The latest version of the VMware Tools Offline VIB Bundle can be downloaded from https://support.broadcom.com

Once downloaded, upload it to Lifecycle Manager on vSphere as follows -
