Error PAM-UTL-0110: "Failed to update Utility Group Cluster Utility Group because the following members are not ready yet" in CA PAM

Issue/Introduction

Trying to add a Utility Appliance to a Utility group you are getting the following error message:

 

And the Utility appliance does not get loaded.

Reverting it from a snapshot taken prior to adding it does not help

Environment

CA PAM 4.1.X and 4.2.X

Cause

This is due to the kubernette services not being correctly deployed inside the Utiity appliance once it was added to CA PAM

Resetting it to the snapshot taken prior to adding it to the Utility group is probably not enough because the services inside (the K8 kubernetes) are probably not correctly deployed

Resolution

Please access the Utility Appliance vmware console and use the option to Reset the Utility appliance in the blue screen. That forces redeployment of the kubernetes inside.

It should be possible to add it to the Utility group afterwards
