cdm : multi cpu servers showing metrics for only up to 10 CPU

Issue/Introduction

Multi CPU metrics will be limited to 10 ( 0 through 9), even though the monitored device has more cores.

These are the metrics available for cdm probe:

System-0 to System-9
CPU-0 to CPU-9
User-0 to User-9
Idle-0 to Idle-9
Wait-0 to Wait-9

Working as designed. Only 10 different metrics exist for multi-CPU monitored devices.
