Issue/Introduction

xFlow currently lacks the ability to specify dates and times for ticket status updates, a crucial feature. Is there a way to implement this? This feature will help track the date and time of ticket resolution.

xFlow apps showing date, but not time option.

Resolution

The problem is fixed with the TFIX incidentmicroservice-17.0.479 update. This fix can be implemented on r17.4 RU4 and will be included in the upcoming r17.4 RU5 release. If you require this TFIX, please contact Broadcom Technical Support.
