Rally - Portfolio Kanban page Rendering Issue using QDP

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Portfolio Kanban, opening a card in the QDP editor and then closing it results in a visual gap (rendering issue) where the card previously resided.

Resolution

Workaround:

1. Reloading the page: Refreshing the browser completely resolves the gap.
2. Clicking on another card: Interacting with a different card in the Kanban view causes the gap to disappear.
3. Scrolling down: Scrolling down the Kanban view to load new content also resolves the gap.
