Resolution

• If you are missing the add-on, it might be due to the below reasons.
  
  
  • The Add-on and Appliance are associated with different Site Ids.
  • The Add-on and Appliance aren't compatible.
    
    
• If you are unable to view the Add-on support portal, contact the Broadcom Customer Care Team.
