Issue/Introduction

  • Licenses are not appearing in the Select License dropdown within Aria Suite Lifecycle while attempting to assign them to Aria Operations and Aria Operations for Logs environments

Resolution

 

Follow the following steps to address this issue:

 

Optional: Apply the latest Product Support Pack or Patch to Aria Suite Lifecycle to resolve any potential UI or licensing-related issues

Additional Information

  • Manual assignment of licenses in the product UI followed by an Inventory Sync reflects the updated license status in Aria Suite Lifecycle
