Issue/Introduction

Benefit start and finish dates cannot be deleted in Ideas/Projects Properties Page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to New UX
2. Navigate Administration -> Blueprints -> Make a copy of Standard Idea Blueprint/Standard Project Blueprint
3. Add Planned Benefit, Planned Benefit Start Date, Planned Benefit Finish Date fields in the copied Blueprint
4. Navigate Projects/or Ideas
5. From the Columns , add Planned Benefit, Planned Benefit Start Date, Planned Benefit Finish Date fields
6. Select a Project -> change the associated blueprint to the copied blueprint
7. Remove the value from Planned Benefit Field, then removes the dates from Planned Benefit Start Date, Planned Benefit Finish Date fields. Dates will be removed.
8. Put some value again in Planned Benefit, Planned Benefit Start Date, Planned Benefit Finish Date fields
9. Remove the data from Planned Benefit Field
10. Open the same project -> Navigate Properties Module
11. Try removing data from Planned Benefit Start Date, Planned Benefit Finish Date fields

Expected Result: Dates should be removed from Properties page

Actual Result: Throws error when trying to remove the dates from Properties page
