Resolution

The ISG upgrade process follows a specific sequence due to essential system changes introduced in certain versions:

1. Upgrading to ISG 2.5.1.1 requires first moving to ISG 2.4.10.1, as this version includes changes to ISG OS for compatibility with ISG 2.5.x
   
   
2. Upgrading to ISG 2.5.2.x requires first transitioning to ISG 2.5.1.1, since this version introduces a bootloader update that must be applied before proceeding.

For instance, if upgrading from ISG 2.4.6.1 to ISG 2.5.2.1, the correct upgrade path would be: 2.4.6.1 → 2.4.10.1 → 2.5.1.1 → 2.5.2.1
