How to add existing tenant user to another tenant?

Issue/Introduction

Currently we are using tenant to distringuish each customers. However some customer need to access two tenants. When we tried to add same user id in different tenant, the system doesn't allow to create account and complain that username already exists.

Is there a way to add same users in two different tenant?

Environment

All supported Network Observability DX NetOps Performance Management Portal releases

Cause

Not a feature available in currently available releases

Resolution

This is an Request For Enhancement (RFE) to have one user have access to more than one tenant.

The Tenants are not intended to have users crossing between them, outside of admin users proxying into the tenants to help manage them.
