The article describes the proper steps to whitelist a sender in order to bypass Anti-spoofing mechanisms such as : SPF / DMARC  or If you would like to Bypass Signature / Heuristics , and Newsletter detection.

Resolution

In order to Bypass the Anti-spoofing ( SPF / DMARC ) or Signature / Heuristics , and Newsletter detection :

1 - Go to the Client net Portal under :  Dashboard > Services > Anti-Spam   and select Approved senders Tab.

2 - Click Add Entry Tab and type the domain/Email/ IP  to bypass and You will have a few choices depending on your needs, the selected service will be bypassed.
