URLs that need whitelisting to access Clarity SaaS

Issue/Introduction

It is required that specific URLs be whitelisted, due to organization policy, instead of whitelisting a domain, to allow access to Clarity SaaS. So, a list of URLs is required that would have to be whitelisted.

Resolution

• Whitelist the Clarity SaaS URL of your environment
• If SSO is implemented, then whitelist the URL using which Clarity is accessed
• Use a browser trace to determine if there are any other URLs of interest.
