Disable NFS Archive Aria Operations for logs

Issue/Introduction
In Aria Operations for logs, NFS archiving can be enabled and disabled in the Index Partitions section of Log Management.
Environment
Aria Operations for Logs 8.18
Resolution
Open the Aria Operations for Logs UI and browse to Log management >> Index partitions
Click the pencil icon to edit the index partition and disable Archive Location:
