Issue:
The error seen in the system.log file is:
Pgm nhiCfgServer: Expectation for 'Bad' failed (Element ABC has no associated Response Source. License not granted and polling turned off in file ../cfgLicCounter.C, line 1437). (cu/cuAssert)
Environment:
eHealth (All supported versions)
All platforms
Cause:
This may be caused by changes like Response Path elements no longer existing in the device. When eHealth tries to monitor them and can't find them, it will output an error like the one above.
Resolution/Workaround:
Discover the device again and confirm if the element in question was deleted from device. if it was deleted, retire the element in the eHealth configuration. If the element wasn't deleted, after re-discovering the device eHealth should update the element's information. After following these steps, let a couple of polling cycles complete and the error should no longer be seen.
