Issue/Introduction

When a user has no access to view Status Report then when creating a new Project from a Template in Modern UX that has a Status Report the following error gets generated - 'System error. Contact system administrator' although the Project gets created.
It is expected that the message should be more meaningful instead of being generic

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a Project that has a Cost plan and Status report then mark it as a Template
2. Create a labor resource that has no access right to view or create status report
3. Using 'New from Template' button create a new project using Template from step 1

 

Expected: New project instance is created with a warning that Status Report has not been copied

Actual: New project instance is created with a 'System error. Contact system administrator' error which generic with no meaning to user
