Issue/Introduction

The test connection is failing when the eEM Admin user is used to authenticate in creating eEM domain. 

Error message:

Error message in jaws.log:

com.termalabs.common.JawsException: Login denied (user authentication succeeded, but the user is not permitted to login)

Environment

Product: Automation Analytics & Intelligence v24.x

Cause

When running the "Run the Permission Check", it is showing "DENY".

Resolution

Open Manage Access Policies-> JAWSApplication->click on "Simple login policy"-> click Save.
