NDM/U7SVC processing and DSN posting while CA 7 was down

Issue/Introduction

What would happen when NDM execute U7SVC program (While CA7 is being down) to post a DSN for initiating the job under CA7?

Will CA 7 recognize the posts (SVPR-52) that created by running NDM task after it is up and initiate the job by recognizing the old messages? 

Environment

Release: 12.0, 12.1

Component: WA CA 7 Edition

Resolution

When NDM executes the U7SVC program while CA 7 is down, the CA 7 will recognize the posts once it is up and nothing will be lost and everything will work as expected.

The database gets an update, and any jobs in the request queue containing this dataset as an input requirement/s appropriately posted.

Keeping up with ICOM as much as possible is good while CA 7 is down.
