Issue/Introduction

After removing the NPDA from the prefix.MICS.PARMS(SNTOPS) DATA SOURCES statement
and submitting prefix.MICS.CNTL(SNTPGEN) job, DAY056 or INCR056 ABEND with the
message as listed above.

DAY056 or INCR056 might abend with U0999 and the following message in the SASLOG:

ERROR: Variable TMOFFSET has been defined as both character and numeric.
