Issue/Introduction

Periodically you noticed that for some random resources, some data classes are not replicated.  If you change the "ReplicationMaxDataRows" core setting value to something higher than the default (while the minimum is 1000), you see the issue.

For example, "ReplicationMaxDataRows" Core Setting was set to 107900 on both SMP servers in this Hierarchy.

The NS logs may show a warning entry like this one:

"Maximum row count reached while producing data containers for: xxxxxxxGUIDxxxxxx, max=107901"

Environment

ITMS 8.7.2, 8.7.3

Cause

Known issue. Some data classes may not be replicated during hierarchy replication if the row count exceeds the maximum value defined by the core setting ReplicationMaxDataRows.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in our ITMS 8.8 Release.

For those with ITMS 8.7.2 release, refer to the pointfix available under KB 366939 "CUMULATIVE POST ITMS 8.7.2 POINT FIXES":
