Downloading workstation from MOM

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to install the workstation client via the jnlp file in order to preserve a working version of the 10.8 workstation that is still compatible with java 8?

I have restrictions on my laptop that prevent installing via the .exe provided. I am performing the 10.8.1 upgrade this week and we are experiencing java issues.

 

Resolution

APM 10.8 GA Supports Java 8 . And APM 10.8 SP1 Supports Java 11, So Java 11 must be used in this case. You can also install using the silent install option
