After filling up the DX NetOps Console information in the Mediation Manager Web UI for DX NetOps Performance, "update failed and failed to load" error pop-up.
Mediation Manager 24.3.x
Out of update in the /etc/hosts file.
By restarting the MM services an error showed up.
$CAMM_HOME/tools/stoptall
$CAMM_HOME/tools/startall
After reviewing the log files under these directories, the root cause of the issue was found:
/opt/CA/CAMM/MC/logs
/opt/CA/CAMM/WEBCAMM/logs
The logs clearly showed that the server, which had been moved to a new network segment, was still referencing the old IP address due to an outdated entry in the /etc/hosts file. As a result, CAMM was attempting to connect to the old IP, which was no longer reachable.
After updating the /etc/host file with the correct IP addresses the issue was resolved.
