Deployments failing with placement issues - "Error: No storage profiles are matching the disk requirements" in Aria Automation

Issue/Introduction

When the user tries to scale the deployment into another vCenter, it fails in a specific scenario.

When a new VM with additional disks is added to an existing deployment through iterative deployment, it fails with a placement issue - "Error: No storage profiles are matching the disk requirements."

Aria Automation 8.x

Resolution

This is a current limitation in Aria Automation 8.18. x and will be fixed in VCF 9.1
