Issue/Introduction

Deployment of the workload cluster fails with error "Field  noderef  is null, as of now it doesn't get related node info: node doesn't join the cluster".

Resolution

• Delete the existing hanging/failed workload cluster deployment through TCA GUI.
• Re-validate the vCenter credentials for both compute and management clusters in TCA GUI.
• After above actions the cluster deployment should work fine.
