Can you disable TLS 1.3 for SMT/TLS in Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG)?

Resolution

It is not possible to disable TLS 1.3 specifically for SMTP/TLS in SMG. While there is flexibility in managing earlier versions of TLS, TLS 1.3 cannot be disabled directly through the SMG interface.
However, you can control the use of older TLS versions. Specifically, SMG allows you to disable versions prior to TLS 1.1 for mail traffic by following the instructions in the Technical Documentation - SSL restrictions for TLS communications.
