DBG55036W REQUEST NOT FOUND message within Sysview for Db2 Systems Menu.

Issue/Introduction

When selecting option 1.5 from the Sysview for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) main systems menu, user encountered the following message:

DBG55036W Request CSACCTS is not found

Resolution

The request was missing from the hlq.SOURCE(STARTUP) that the IDB2 Data Collector is allocating.
Copying the missing request from hlq.CDBATREQ(DBGSTART) to hlq.SOURCE(STARTUP) and recycling the
Data Collector will resolve the problem.
