DPU is not recognised in VCF 9.0 in any of the workflows

Issue/Introduction

During adding a new workload domain or creating a cluster, options related to Network Offloading are not available even when DPU enabled unassigned hosts with matching ESX version are present

Environment

VCF 9.0

Resolution

• A Cluster with VDS and corresponding transport node profile will need to be created outside of VCF using the appropriate hosts first using vSphere and NSX following: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/nsx/vmware-nsx/4-0/installation-guide/vsphere-lifecycle-manager-with-nsx/nsx-on-vsphere-lifecycle-manager-with-vmware-vsphere-distributed-services-engine/configure-nsx-host-transport-node-on-dpu-enabled-vsphere-lifecycle-manager-cluster.html 
• After that it should be imported into your existing VCF environment following https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/vcf/vcf-9-0-and-later/9-0/building-your-private-cloud-infrastructure/working-with-workload-domains/import-an-existing-vcenter-to-create-a-workload-domain.html.
  
  
• Once it is imported you should be able to see DPU backed hosts in your imported workload(s)

Additional Information

There is no resolution/workaround available within VCF 9.0.0 to create clusters using DPU enabled hosts with network offloading.
