Month In Japanese Is Duplicated In Task Timeline

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Set Locale to Japanese in Settings - General
2. On the project task timeline, the monthly period display shows "yy年m月月" instead of the correct "yy年m月"
3. The character "月" (month) is duplicated

Expected Result: Single month value should be shown.

Actual result: Month value is duplicated.
