Patch 11.1.2 does not install

Issue/Introduction

First, there is a problem on uploading the patch,

./patch.sh upload /opt/SecureSpan/PatchManagement/Layer7_API_Gateway_v11.1.2.20324.L7P

Error: LinkageError occurred while loading main class com.broadcom.patchman.client.PatchClient

java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/broadcom/patchman/client/PatchClient has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 61.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 55.0

This is because PMS 2.0 is not installed.

After install PMS 2.0, there is another error,

./patch.sh upload /opt/SecureSpan/PatchManagement/Layer7_API_Gateway_v11.1.2.20324.L7P
Patch operation failed : Patch API Error: Certificate is not trusted for signing patches

Cause

Reboot is not done after apply the patch.

Resolution

Reboot the layer7 Gateway server.
