Timeperiod drop-down in MUX Timesheets includes timestamp when selected

Issue/Introduction

In MUX Timesheet Time Period lookup, when you select a timeperiod and then reopen the drop down, the date format is set to a different format than expected, and also includes the midnight timestamp

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Connect to Clarity with admin user and regular English US locale
2. Go to MUX Timesheets – Timesheets page
3. Open the filter and click on Time Period drop down
4. Note the dates display correctly for short US format
5. Now select a few periods and click away
6. Now reopen the Time Period drop down

Expected Results: The Timeperiod to display selected periods, in the same way as before selecting

Actual Results: The Timeperiod format is set to yyyy-mm-dd and includes 00:00:00.0 timestamp
