Unassociated service groups creating incidents

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that a device from spectrum is getting itself associated with multiple AIOps services though the device is not a part of the Spectrum group coming from Spectrum as source. Incidents  are created due to multiple services.

Resolution

This was due a data inconsistency.

There were multiple devices from Spectrum sharing the same dummy MAC address: "aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa. This is the root cause of the issue.

As a result of the above, these devices were correlated all together, causing all associated services to be linked to the same set of correlated devices.

Please correct the MAC addresses and the issue should go away.
