Virtual machine migration error due to service mesh state

Issue/Introduction
VM migration fails with the following error displayed on HCX UI
Following error message in /var/log/app.log
Selected Service Mesh is not in right state for migration. Please select a healthy Service Mesh
Environment
VMware HCX
Cause
Service mesh healthy status is required for virtual machine migration. The error message indicates error conditions with the underlying compute, storage, or network infrastructure.
Resolution
Within Interconnect view of HCX UI select the service mesh in question and then run diagnostic. The diagnostic tool will validates the configuration of underlying infrastructure. It will perform validation of network and TCP port connectivity.
The result of diagnostic will be displayed with the information about the error conditions present in the environment.

Review the diagnostic results and take necessary action to fix the identified errors.
