After upgrading Aria operations, Installing telegraf agents is not possible.

Issue/Introduction

The VIP address is not available to install the telegraf agent, the installation script uses the VIP address, and it fails.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.3 and above versions.

Resolution

When rebooting the cloud proxy,  there is a delay of 30 seconds set in the subsequent cloud proxy reboot script; the admin privileges will take time to reflect in the salt container.

For those unhealthy agents, wait 2 collection cycles or 10 minutes for them to start collecting data, and it will change status to collecting to green  and being able to install new telegraf agents
