Completion time to enable Advanced Integration for Perspectives

Issue/Introduction

While changes to perspectives will result in the data being started to be updated directly after the change, enabling Advanced Integration will not automatically kick off new processing.

Resolution

Advanced Integration will be processed during general daily pipeline runs and may not reflect in the platform for 24-48 hours.
